What happens when companies involved in space commerce have conflicts over jurisdictions and rights of ownership in space? Who is going to control these laws, rules and regulations. Why isn't more being done today?

Why isn't anything being done now to make sure that space remains open to all and not under the control of one company or country? We are writing these laws today to prevent space wars over territorial rights and disputes that will happen in space. We are firm believers that space is a territory that is wide open for abuse unless we take action today for the future of space commerce and governance.
